Only one hour from Christchurch International Airport is our sunny spacious home, which is just off SH1 in Ashburton, and situated in a beautiful, large and sheltered garden by a stream, where you can enjoy peace and tranquility.

After offering hospitality for 16 years at Carradale Farm, we have now retired from the country to Carradale Manor in the town where we will continue to operate with those same high standards.

We offer either a fully cooked breakfast, or continental breakfast, served with delicious home made jams and preserves.

Four your convenience tea/coffee making facilities, and electric blankets are for use in all rooms. Internet access available.

For young children we have a cot and high chair available.
Our resident cat "Lady Jane" is on hand to comfort you.

As we have both travelled extensively in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Vietnam and Singapore, we would like to offer hospitality to fellow travellers.

Our hobbies include, meeting people, travel, reading, photography, gardening, sewing, cake decorating, rubgy, cricket, and community involvement, with Jim belonging to the Masonic Lodge and Karen being involved in Probus.
