Quickenberry is a small guesthouse and lodge on Terrace Downs Golf Resort providing fine food, accommodation and service. It is personal, peaceful and private. There are four bedrooms all facing the morning sun and rolling green New Zealand country side. Sliding doors open out to a patio and lawn. Each bedroom has a super king size bed and all have ensuite bathrooms with heated towel rails and underfloor heating. The rooms have individual air-conditioning, and access to internet. There is a large lounge for guests to use with an open fire place, an outside court yard with seating and tables, a small cosy library and an intimate dining room. The food and service, for which the owners, Christine and Robert, have received many accolades, awards and prizes, are a highlight of a stay at Quickenberry.

Quickenberry is situated right in the middle of an adventure playground offering of course not only golf but also skiing at Mt. Hutt, jet-boating on the Rakaia River, hot-air ballooning in Methven, fishing, hunting and walking.
